Business has gotten infinitely more complex over the last several decades. Unfortunately, this has led to lots of pesky human problems — things like silos, turf wars, finger-pointing, and burnout, to name a few.

If self discovery is an internal journey, then Aduro is both a travel companion and a guide. Never imposing their views, they build understanding and trust in the most unassuming way and subsequently the insight they share would flow all so smoothly like water down your throat. There is a lot I have learnt from them. To me, the most enlightening one was to not make assumptions about others' motivations and to keep a neutral mindset going into a situation. Note the keyword is "neutral" instead of "open" as the latter implies preconception but willingness to consider alternatives while the former does not. I find that beneficial not only to me personally but also to the society as a whole, if only more can start with a neutral mindset instead of a conclusion.
