Christina Miser Batten (Texas)
A process management and logistics specialist with more than a decade of experience, Christina Miser Batten serves as Aduro’s Director of Operations. As such, she is responsible for managing client engagements from start to finish, as well as overseeing the daily business functions of the organization. Christina’s past and present work focuses on improving the scale and flow of money, people, and systems. She is particularly skilled at solving “logistical puzzles,” thanks to her unique ability to balance the competing demands and priorities of timelines, budgets, personalities, and circumstances. Christina is a graduate of the International School of Amsterdam in the Netherlands and has been trained as a coach by the Coactive Training Institute. She holds a BA in International Affairs from Northeastern University in Boston and speaks both Spanish (a lot) and Dutch (a little).
Petra Bosse (The Netherlands)
Petra is an organizational psychologist, specializing in leadership, change and talent development. She held several senior HR roles with ABN AMRO and provides consulting, executive coaching and educational services for organizations based in Europe and Africa. Petra is known for being pragmatic, solution-oriented, and skilled at creating safe environments needed for sustainable change. She designs and facilitates rigorous and effective leadership development programs for both senior leaders and high value specialists. As an executive coach, she supports managers in becoming leaders and realizing their strategic goals. Her clients include large corporations such as Accenture, ING, and GDF Suez. Petra has three grown children, enjoys Tai Chi, painting, and international travel.

Andy is a professional coach, psychologist, facilitator, and marriage and family therapist with over 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples, teams and organizations. Andy has a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology and a PhD in developmental psychology from the University of Connecticut. Prior to establishing his own coaching practice, he was a psychologist with the State of Connecticut, the executive director for a non-profit human services firm and a psychologist and marriage and family therapist in private practice.
