Christina Miser Batten (Texas)

A process management and logistics specialist with more than a decade of experience, Christina Miser Batten serves as Aduro’s Director of Operations. As such, she is responsible for managing client engagements from start to finish, as well as overseeing the daily business functions of the organization. Christina’s past and present work focuses on improving the scale and flow of money, people, and systems. She is particularly skilled at solving “logistical puzzles,” thanks to her unique ability to balance the competing demands and priorities of timelines, budgets, personalities, and circumstances. Christina is a graduate of the International School of Amsterdam in the Netherlands and has been trained as a coach by the Coactive Training Institute. She holds a BA in International Affairs from Northeastern University in Boston and speaks both Spanish (a lot) and Dutch (a little).

Gabrielle Baumeyer (Texas)

Gabrielle has over 25 years of experience coaching and consulting individuals and teams in achieving extraordinary results. She received her Coaching Certification from CoachRICE of the Rice University Graduate School of Business and is an Associate Certfified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Her areas of specialty include Executive Coaching and Team Leadership Development, working with both large and small groups to improve their company-focused performance results. She is also certified to proctor the EQi-2.0 and EQ Emotional Intelligence Assessments. Active in the Houston, Texas community, Gabrielle has coached over 500 for-profit and nonprofit leaders in raising millions of dollars for local and international mission driven causes. Gabrielle holds a Bachelor of Science is in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and is and speaks Spanish.

Petra Bosse (The Netherlands)

Petra is an organizational psychologist, specializing in leadership, change and talent development. She held several senior HR roles with ABN AMRO and provides consulting, executive coaching and educational services for organizations based in Europe and Africa. Petra is known for being pragmatic, solution-oriented, and skilled at creating safe environments needed for sustainable change. She designs and facilitates rigorous and effective leadership development programs for both senior leaders and high value specialists. As an executive coach, she supports managers in becoming leaders and realizing their strategic goals. Her clients include large corporations such as Accenture, ING, and GDF Suez. Petra has three grown children, enjoys Tai Chi, painting, and international travel. 

Randy Brenneman (Georgia)

Randy is an executive coach, innovative leader, and dynamic facilitator. He is a senior faculty member with the Coaches Training Institute and has taught coaching skills to thousands of people in North America and Europe. During his 20+ year career at American Express, Randy held leadership roles in Global Talent, Operations, Leadership Effectiveness, and Global Leadership Development & Coaching. Randy holds a BS in Business with a focus in Organizational Innovation and is a Certified Co-Active Coach through The Coaches Training Institute (CPCC) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation. Randy has served as Co-president of the Georgia Chapter of the ICF.

Mike Cambray (United Kingdom)

Mike is a consultant, facilitator and award-winning coach with over 25 years of experience. Known for his ability to combine creativity and practicality in leadership development, he specializes in working with professionals. Mike’s international clients include Cadbury Schweppes, Diageo, the BBC, ING, Astra Zeneca, BP,  the UK’s National Health Service, Oxford Instruments, the UK Government Department for International Development, and others. He is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, an associate faculty of ING Business Academy, and affiliated with the Henley School of Management and Lancaster University School of Management Learning. Mikes holds a Diploma in Management from the Open University and a Diploma in Coaching from Newcastle College.

Wendy Capland (Massachusetts)

A pioneer and leader in the field of executive coaching, Wendy has over 20 years of experience working with corporate leaders and entrepreneurs in the financial, professional services, insurance, technology, telecom, and healthcare fields throughout the U.S., Europe, and China. She holds a Master Certified Coach certification with the International Coach Federation and is a founding member and Past President of its New England Chapter. Wendy is the author of two books: Your Next Bold Move for Women; 9 Proven Steps to Everything You Ever Wanted and Take it to the Top: A Guide to Executive Coaching and Mentoring Programs in America’s Top Corporations.

Audra Christie (Ohio & New York)

Audra is an executive coach and consultant with 25 years of experience guiding global C-Suite and senior-level leaders to inspirational and breakthrough performance. Her clients include corporations such as Beauty Counter, Bed Bed & Beyond, HanesBrands, LBrands, Ulta Beauty, and Walmart. Her proven tools and techniques allow fearless exploration and reflection to change behaviors and banish self-limiting beliefs. Using valuable assessments and feedback tools, Audra and her clients become partners with a fierce bias for action. Audra is affectionately known to her clients as “the reframe coach” because she helps them reframe their language and mindset. Audra holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and is the author of the upcoming book, Executive Presence – Image Beyond the Wardrobe. 

Kelly Jones-Waller (Georgia)

Kelly is an executive coach, trainer and team strategist. In addition to her private practice, Kelly is a senior trainer for The Coaches Training Institute, where she leads the core curriculum and the certification program. Kelly has a BA in Management and Marketing from Tulane University and is a Certified Co-Active Coach through The Coaches Training Institute (CPCC) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaches Federation. Active in the Georgia coaching community, she has served as Co-president of the Georgia, ICF chapter and Co-Chair of PRISM 2008, an awards conference that celebrates organizational excellence in coaching.

Catherine Lombardozzi (Delaware)

Catherine Lombardozzi is a workplace learning professional who is passionate about helping people create impactful talent development programs. She consults on learning needs analysis, program design, and evaluation with a commitment to aligning adult learning principles with proven modern practices. She is especially known for her work in designing and facilitating programs for L&D practitioners.  Catherine fulfills her famous-author aspirations by blogging, writing for professional journals, and publishing her recent book, Learning Environments by Design (2015). She also presents at conferences, talking about modern workplace learning, the leader’s role in developing people, learning culture, self-directed learning, and related topics. Catherine holds a doctoral degree in Human and Organizational Learning from George Washington University.

Andrew Miser, PhD (Massachusetts)

Andy is a professional coach, psychologist, facilitator, and marriage and family therapist with over 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples, teams and organizations. Andy has a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology and a PhD in developmental psychology from the University of Connecticut. Prior to establishing his own coaching practice, he was a psychologist with the State of Connecticut, the executive director for a non-profit human services firm and a psychologist and marriage and family therapist in private practice. Andy has been trained and certified as a certified professional co-active coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute.

Priya Nalkur, PhD (Texas)

Priya is an executive coach and consultant focusing on senior-level leadership development for individuals and teams. A results-driven coach and facilitator, Priya draws on her deep knowledge of business and leadership and a sharpened intuition to boldly lead clients to greatness. Her clients range from multinational technology to start-ups and emerging technologies. Lauren is an executive coach, organization development consultant, and facilitator with 20 years of experience in organization and individual learning. A senior faculty member with the Coaches Training Institute, Lauren has taught coaching skills to thousands of people in North America, Europe, and China. Previously, she held organization development positions at Motorola and the management consulting company, The Dibianca-Berkman Group. Anna Tansi (Connecticut)

Anna specializes in facilitating strategic planning, building leadership capability, creating team alignment, and improving organizational effectiveness throughout systems. Anna has coached and consulted with senior executives and leadership teams in a wide range of industries including financial services, technology, health care, not-for-profit, and manufacturing. Her talent lies in the ability to help leaders create clear and compelling visions and strategic business plans, along with a strong culture of accountability and execution. Anna has held leadership positions in human resources, training and development, and organization effectiveness at both Aetna and CIGNA. She has a MS in organization behavior.

Helen Teague (United Kingdom)

Helen is an experienced senior HR leader and strategist, executive coach, and organisational developer with over 20 years’ experience in public and private sector organisations. In particular, Helen has had significant impact in the Higher Education and Healthcare sectors in the UK, where she held senior leadership roles responsible for organizational performance and change. Helen’s partnership approach to her work blends honest insight, systems thinking, challenge and warmth with an unwavering commitment to sustaining strong performance, unlocking untapped potential and continuously learning from experience. Helen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds an Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching.

Maya Townsend (Massachusetts)

Maya helps individuals, teams, and organizations thrive in our networked world. She specializes in finding hidden opportunities and unexpected solutions to complex problems by using an ecosystem and network perspectives. Co‐editor of The Handbook for Strategic HR, Maya will happily tell you why you should throw out your performance reviews and why most HR departments need a total makeover. She serves on the Editorial Review Board for OD Practitioner. She is an avid writer and blogger and her articles are regularly published by venues such as Inc.Com, CIO.Com, People + Strategy, and Nonprofit Quarterly. Maya graduated from Oberlin College, earned her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Science from American University / NTL Institute, and holds a certificate in OD from Georgetown University.

Kelley Twombly (Massachusetts)

Kelley Twombly is a mother of two teenage boys, a virtual assistant, care taker, operations manager and co-owner of On the Line Tech.   With over 13 years of successful experience in the internet industry her main goal is to make our lives easier by running our business as it is her own.  From managing day to day business, social media, website, correspondences and so much more. She strives for greatness and efficiency in all aspects of business.  She is passionate and dedicated to be sure all our needs are taken care of.  She is great at multitasking, client communications, time management, and organizing chaos. Ipek Utun (California and Turkey)

Ipek is an executive coach and consultant, with over 20 years of experience working with C-suite leaders and senior managers, from the Far East, Middle East, Europe and USA. Her clients include Unilever, Siemens, Daimler, Pfizer, and Kordsa Global. In addition to her degree from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Ipek is trained as an executive coach, an organizational relationship systems coach, and a Lewis Deep Democracy Elder and Trainer and Shadow Work® facilitator and coach. She is affiliated with Yale University and also has extensive experience with DEI, specifically in the arena of gender and women’s leadership. Gert-Jan’s strength lies in combining the arenas of strategy, leadership, change and Human Resources. Before initiating his consulting practice, Gert-Jan was an associate with de Baak Management Centre VNO-NCW in the Netherlands and the London Business School in the United Kingdom. Over the past two decades, he has developed and delivered executive development programs for a range of Fortune 500 companies.
