Mike Cambray (United Kingdom)

Mike is a consultant, facilitator and award-winning coach with over 25 years of experience. Known for his ability to combine creativity and practicality in leadership development, he specializes in working with professionals. Mike’s international clients include Cadbury Schweppes, Diageo, the BBC, ING, Astra Zeneca, BP,  the UK’s National Health Service, Oxford Instruments, the UK Government Department for International Development, and others. He is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, an associate faculty of ING Business Academy, and affiliated with the Henley School of Management and Lancaster University School of Management Learning. Mikes holds a Diploma in Management from the Open University and a Diploma in Coaching from Newcastle College.

Wendy Capland (Massachusetts)

A pioneer and leader in the field of executive coaching, Wendy has over 20 years of experience working with corporate leaders and entrepreneurs in the financial, professional services, insurance, technology, telecom, and healthcare fields throughout the U.S., Europe, and China. She holds a Master Certified Coach certification with the International Coach Federation and is a founding member and Past President of its New England Chapter. Wendy is the author of two books: Your Next Bold Move for Women; 9 Proven Steps to Everything You Ever Wanted and Take it to the Top: A Guide to Executive Coaching and Mentoring Programs in America’s Top Corporations.

Jill Hughes, PhD (United Kingdom)

Jill has over 30 years of experience in executive and team coaching, leadership development, organization consulting and change management, and has worked with global organizations including DSM, ING, Aon, Motorola, Ericsson, Vodafone, BP, Arcadis, Mars Masterfoods, and British Airways. Prior to starting her consulting practice, Jill was the Director of Organization Effectiveness for Motorola – Europe, Middle East and Africa. She has a Masters in Organization Consulting and a Doctorate in Organizational Change from Ashridge/Middlesex University. She has published articles on the role of dialogue in performance management, HR transformation and best practice in virtual teams.

Kelly Jones-Waller (Georgia)

Kelly is an executive coach, trainer and team strategist. In addition to her private practice, Kelly is a senior trainer for The Coaches Training Institute, where she leads the core curriculum and the certification program. Kelly has a BA in Management and Marketing from Tulane University and is a Certified Co-Active Coach through The Coaches Training Institute (CPCC) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaches Federation. Active in the Georgia coaching community, she has served as Co-president of the Georgia, ICF chapter and Co-Chair of PRISM 2008, an awards conference that celebrates organizational excellence in coaching.

Andrew Miser, PhD (Massachusetts)

Andy is a professional coach, psychologist, facilitator, and marriage and family therapist with over 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples, teams and organizations. Andy has a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology and a PhD in developmental psychology from the University of Connecticut. Prior to establishing his own coaching practice, he was a psychologist with the State of Connecticut, the executive director for a non-profit human services firm and a psychologist and marriage and family therapist in private practice. Andy has been trained and certified as a certified professional co-active coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute.

Lauren Powers (California)

Lauren is an executive coach, organization development consultant, and facilitator with 20 years of experience in organization and individual learning. A senior faculty member with the Coaches Training Institute, Lauren has taught coaching skills to thousands of people in North America, Europe, and China. Previously, she held organization development positions at Motorola and the management consulting company, The Dibianca-Berkman Group. Lauren has an MA in Instructional Design, is a Certified Co-Active Coach through The Coaches Training Institute (CPCC), and Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coaches Federation. Lauren is the author of The Trouble with Thinking a book on how our perceptions create our realities.

Ginette Purcell (Connecticut)

Prior to launching her consulting practice in 2008, Ginette spent 30 years leading corporate education, communications, and human resources teams and initiatives at the financial services firms Aetna and ING. Her work included a three-year global initiative to develop and implement ING’s world-wide e-learning strategy and learning management system. Today, Ginette specializes in the design and delivery of educational programs for small groups and individual leaders via using a variety of learning methods, as well as large corporate events and conferences.

Anna Tansi (Connecticut)

Anna specializes in facilitating strategic planning, building leadership capability, creating team alignment, and improving organizational effectiveness throughout systems.  Anna has coached and consulted with senior executives and leadership teams in a wide range of industries including financial services, technology, health care, not-for-profit, and manufacturing. Her talent lies in the ability to help leaders create clear and compelling visions and strategic business plans, along with a strong culture of accountability and execution. Anna has held leadership positions in human resources, training and development, and organization effectiveness at both Aetna and CIGNA. She has a MS in organization behavior.

Pleuntje van Meer (The Netherlands)

Pleuntje is a global leadership consultant, facilitator and executive coach. Her primary focus is on senior team alignment, executive education, and improving business performance through values-driven leadership. She has worked with a wide range of international organizations, including ING Group, Abellio, Essent, Arcadis, Sanoma, Fortis, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, and Old Mutual Group. Pleuntje holds Masters Degrees in Economics and Technology & Human Affairs and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Organizational Change. She partners with the Barrett Values Centre (USA) as a global trainer for the Cultural Transformation Tools. Pleuntje works in Dutch, English and basic German.

Gert-Jan van Wijk (The Netherlands)

Gert-Jan leads a Dutch-based global network (The World We Work In) of experienced and innovative faculty and facilitators with a track record of executive development for a variety of global organizations. Gert-Jan’s strength lies in combining different areas of strategy, leadership, change and Human Resources. Before initiating his consulting practice, Gert-Jan was an associate with de Baak Management Centre VNO — NCW in the Netherlands and the London Business School in the United Kingdom.
